Hap is President and founder and a portfolio manager of CastleMoore Inc., a portfolio management company.

Hap is a graduate of the University of Toronto, St. Michael's College. His career in financial services began with London Life Insurance. Hap later went on to manage client assets with Richardson Greenshields of Canada and Royal Bank of Canada , Dominion Securities. His investment education is extensive, culminating in the distinguished title of Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.

He has served on the boards of the executives of political riding associations, street kids' centres, and business improvement associations.

Hap started CastleMoore Inc. because he wanted to run a company that had a sound, yet unparalleled, investment discipline at low costs as its central values.

Ken is an officer and director and chief investment strategist of CastleMoore Inc., a portfolio management company.

Ken is a graduate of McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario and has qualified as a Chartered Market Technician as well as attaining a number of industry specific qualifications in the trading of Futures and Options.

After serving three years in the Canadian Armed Forces, he entered the financial services industry as a mortgage officer with a large Canadian trust company. Ken entered the investment business and became the manager of the Hamilton and St. Catherines offices of Merrill Lynch Canada before becoming a founding partner and major shareholder of Market Street Investment House, a retail investment dealer. He sold his firm in the first quarter of 2000, realizing his life goal of selling at the top. Ken then became a director of Quest Capital Group, a day trading investment dealer. He subsequently established The Glen Nova Division of The Glen Ardith Company Ltd., an investment counseling firm.

Ken served as the chairman of the Hamilton Investment Dealer's Association and member of the IDA's Ontario District Council, in the late 1970's. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Society of Technical Analysts and as its President in the early 1990's.

Ken is a member of The Academy of European Arts and Culture, an international school studying art and practical philosophy. He holds a black belt in karate and studies ancient philosophies and religions as a hobby.

Laurie has an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia, Diploma work from the University of Waterloo, and recently completed a Masters program at the University of Guelph.

Laurie plays a key role in the corporate strategy and operations of CastleMoore Inc. Not only does she aid in strategic decisions, but also in providing CastleMoore clients a high quality, friendly and reliable experience.

Outside the company Laurie enjoys outdoor activities, art and culture, travel and politics. Laurie is also passionately committed to environmental issues.

Thomas joined CastleMoore Inc. in early 2007.

He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo. He has prior business experience from building out his own service business and from being a principle in two other partnered ventures. His systems thinking helps move the team forward while his impeccability and openness brings understanding to clients and prospective clients. Thomas has six years of direct investing experience and a well-rounded understanding of the needs of individual investors, families, corporations and trusts.

Currently, Thomas is on track to become a licensed portfolio manager, having just completed testing for Level I of the CFA. Thomas is also providing the research for a dividend/capital growth portfolio within the walls of CastleMoore and also maintains a key role in data compilation and presentation for weekly and monthly Investment Committee meetings.

Thomas lives in Toronto's west end with his wife Lisa; they welcomed their first child in February of 2009.
